Phone System Change

Hey everyone! I’ve already posted on my Facebook page, but thought I’d put a little update on my website as well… My phone system has changed to help me deal with the fantastic “issue” of having more patients and more phone calls. There is now an automated phone receptionist that will direct your call. It also lists my business hours first, so please be patient to select how you want your call directed!

I also want to remind you all that I am the only “employee” of Maki Chiropractic Clinic, so sometimes I can’t answer the phone. That being said, please leave a message and I will get back to you. I repeat, calling my number 3 times in a row won’t make me answer the phone if I’m with a patient, so please please please leave a message so I can get back to you!

Lastly, I also have the great feature of text messages now! That means I can send you a text reminder for your appointments, and you can text back to that same number. On top of that, I will pretty much answer any other form of contact you may try. You can email me, call, text, Facebook message, Linkdin… Technically I even have a Twitter account, but I don’t really check that.
