Hey everybody, thanks for visiting my website! For this month, I have created a pretty great offer I think you all will want to utilize. First, let's think about what helps businesses thrive: referrals. So, this offer is to help you to help me. The entire month of May I will be rewarding referrals! For every person you tell to come in to Maki Chiropractic Clinic to start chiropractic care, I will give you a $5 gift card to Amazon. More or less free money, how great is that? All you have to do is tell your friends, co-workers, and family that they should come see me, and you get a gift card! Before we go much further there are some rules that I need to layout before we get too excited...

1) You must be an existing patient. This will make it easier for me to track who referred who, so if you've ever thought about starting chiropractic care there's never been a better time! 

2) The person you refer in must make an appointment and show up to said appointment in order to get credit. 

3) Unfortunately I don't have a money tree, so there is a cut-off of $30. That means if you refer in 6 people you will get the max amount of gift cards, but don't let that discourage you from referring more people in!

4) I will be keeping track of the whole thing, and if you refer people in you will be rewarded once May is over. So make sure whoever you tell mentions your name so you get credit.

That's it. 4 simple rules for a simple way to get a little extra spending moolah. I guess I should add another disclaimer... If you have some sort of grudge against Amazon, or don't use it, or just don't shop online period, feel free to let me know and I can get you a gift card that will suit your needs better.
